And when/how do I wean Sariah from her pacifier?
She only uses it at naps...
And at bedtime...
And when she hurts herself and needs some extra soothing...
So how do I get rid of it? I definitely want it gone before this baby gets here.
Ideas?

Let me know what you find out. Yesterday the pediatrician said it was time to start getting rid on the binkies, and im not ready. How do i do it?
I go away on vacation and come back to find out your pregnant! Congratulations, and good luck! I'm still terrified of having a second.
When Rea was down to her last few pacifiers, we told her that when they are gone we weren't buying anymore. She, amazingly, did fine. I have also heard to start cutting the tips off of the pacifiers little by little until they lose interest cause there is nothing left to suck.
Good luck. It will actually be a lot easier than you think, though painful at first.
OK, trying to get my kids to give of the pacifiers was a challenge...not to worry you! We tried a bunch of things and they never worked. It got to the point that Chris' teeth were being affected so the dentist told us we really needed to get rid of them "pronto!" So, what we ended up finally doing was "sending the pacifiers to the babies in heaven." All you need to do is get some helium balloons (about 3 per pacifier) and tie the pacifier(s) to them. We told Chris and Sam that there were some sad babies in heaven that didn't have any pacifiers and really needed them, so we gave them ours! It worked. They had a ton of fun letting go of the balloons and watching the pacifiers float up to heaven! Then everytime they would ask for their pacifier, we just reminded them that they had given them to the babies in heaven and that the babies up there are so grateful to them for being so nice and willing to share. I think it was a great lesson learned and it got rid of the pacifiers!! Good Luck!! :)
